While playing Skyrim I added several mods at once, but after testing I realized loot was missing and I let it sort for optimization. I ignored most extra mod issues since they were stable enough. Still, I know I could spend a whole day modding a RPG like Bethesda. There’s no shortcut—just test as little as possible.
I believe I’ll tolerate occasional crashes every now and then, especially since I’ve adjusted the save settings to 5 minutes, which should limit it to about five minutes of lost playtime. Using quicksave more often will only reduce that further.
