I don't own it because I prefer strategy games, but if you're interested, give it a try.
GTAV supports modded multiplayer. Just install the mod first.
I found FO4 more enjoyable. Comparing them is tough.
Get them both, they're each amazing. Don't buy the DLC for Fallout 4 though, it's all crap.
