Just a brief check before buying Fallout 4. I own it on console but plan to switch to PC. Two points: First, can I run it with maximum settings on a 6500 and 1060 without MSSAA or anything else? Second, are there any extra perks on PC beyond better graphics compared to the console version?

Absolutely, at 1080p you can use the mouse for convenience without relying heavily on VATS all day. Console commands and mods are also helpful options.

Uncertain about any changes made to the game, unless you enjoy mods (you're just starting on PC, so you might), 60, 120 or 144Hz monitors can make it look excellent. By the time you hit 60, you're unlikely to notice much difference.
