I understand it hasn't been released yet, but I'm curious about the suggested specifications. Since it's built on the Skyrim engine, I don't think it will be overly demanding.

GPU: Potato master 3000 64GB VRAM CPU: Devils cake i7 7700k RAM: 128GB OS: Windows 98. Likely an i3 with 960/380 for 1080p at 60 FPS maximum.

Running on an I7 6700K with a GTX Titan X that's superclocked could still manage around 15 frames per second.

I believed Fall Out 4 was built using the latest engine. Check your understanding—Bethesda often tries out new engines on upcoming titles (Fall Out 4), testing them before finalizing, and if they don’t work, they develop a fresh one for the next release (TESS).
