Hey!
I noticed something interesting on some websites—Fallout 4 GOTY is only 20$ (CAD). I played through all the playthroughs on PS4 years ago, when it first launched, but I never played it on PC with mods, and I also didn’t find any GOTY. Is it worth it? I’m really searching for a game to play, but it seems hard to find something cheap.
Also, I have a weak GPU 1050ti, and the reviews say I can run it. What do you think?

I tried it on a GTX970 with medium-high settings at 1080p, so you might want to go for medium or medium-low unless you're aiming for 30fps. I haven't played GOTY before, so I can't give much feedback.

GOTY is a worthwhile addition to your collection, especially when modded for PC. It offers a fresh experience with endless possibilities, allowing you to revisit the game without repeating the same path.

PC modded is the reason to try it. It’s the game I enjoy alongside Skyrim SE. Be careful, you can modify it beyond your system limits. For instance, my game requires 970 EVO for smooth performance and a 2080 ti overclocked with a 5ghz CPU to maintain over 60fps at 4k. Running at 1440 60hz is possible depending on your hardware. I played the original at 4k with a 980 ti and kept it stable around 60% of the time. For setup, use medium shadows and high godrays or low settings. Character creation is enjoyable, offering hundreds of hair and armor options if you choose a female character. My latest.

Depends on what you are looking for. It's a terrible RPG, but good scavenging game and sort of town-building sim. With mods, obviously.
Also due to existance of mods - it's "sort of" good RPG, since you can tweak your character in many ways but story. Also gun porn, because people love them 4K textures for a rifle bullet.

The game performed adequately around 50 frames per second at 1080p resolution on a 680 GTX with medium to high settings. Adjustments in patches could have improved performance to handle 1050 frames per second smoothly at medium levels.

It should operate at medium-high levels.

Modding brings fresh energy to the game. The upcoming Steam summer sale is approaching, and adding it to your wishlist might let you secure it near $10.
