Are there limits on FPS for Fallout 4 PC ultra configurations? Yes, 83 fps is the maximum for ultra settings, while low settings also stay at 83 fps.

It includes a maximum frame rate limit, which makes sense given its foundation in the same engine as Skyrim. When you remove this cap, things change significantly.
