Hey everyone, I shared a post about Fallout 4 not saving graphical settings changes. It’s stuck on Low and can’t be adjusted, even by forcing it to ultra via .ini files. Eventually I switched to Skyrim, which handled it fine right away. It seems like something changed after I got the game running well, but no clear reason. I’ve tried everything and haven’t found a solution. If anyone else has faced this or knows a fix, please let me know. Edit: I realize it might not be the .ini files being set to read-only, so don’t waste time on that.

I don't have GeForce Exp, but that's okay.
