I don’t have a direct link, but I can suggest some popular $9 USD games on Steam that fit your budget. You might find something fun here: https://store.steampowered.com/search/?k..._range=0-9

Fallout 3 is a solid title if you haven’t tried it yet. It’s quite engaging overall, though it doesn’t quite match the quality of the original. Still, it remains a solid experience.

Fallout 3 is excellent, but I wouldn't purchase it unless you manage to acquire every DLC.

Fallout 3... ideally a fresh Vegas version would work better with today's operating systems (though I really liked the original)

DOE is a famous title, so get it. FO can be accessed in the niche online scene, if you're following the right path.

I have many things I enjoy about Fallout 4, yet Fallout 3 feels more connected to the series, and I favor New Vegas over 3.

The new content significantly enhances the experience. It likely raises the maximum level, and without revealing too much, one of the DLCs is crucial for continuing the game after the main plot concludes. These are just a few highlights among many.

FA4 largely resolved the issues from FA3. The original version without DLC comes with limitations (max 20 levels, game ends after main campaign, etc.). Personally, I prefer the DLC for its better story and expanded world. I’d hold off until another release, especially since the Fallout Series dropped around 75% off right before FA4. GOTY FA3 was priced at $10 and non-DLC at $3. It looks like it’ll be on sale again soon. DOD was my first serious PC gaming experience (after StarCraft), and I still enjoy it. However, not many people play it anymore, so sales tend to happen more often.
