You might try editing the Fallout.ini file in your Documents folder and then visit the forum link provided. It seems to have worked for you so far. That’s the method I followed, and I haven’t experienced any crashes yet.

I'm unsure if I should invest in my Steam account to unlock cases from CS GO or spend it on Fallout 3 mods? Considering I've spent about 150 hours on the console version with all the DLC.
