Streaming led to a heavy influx of texture and world issues... geometry would vanish completely LOL, plus some annoying stuttering.

I run on Windows 8.1 and everything works smoothly, the main problem I've encountered is the game freezing when I switch back to the desktop using Alt+Tab, while running the game itself is fine. It might be related to my dual-monitor configuration, but I haven't tested it thoroughly.

I might arrive late, but Fallout 3 should work on Windows 8. You may need to adjust some settings in the INI file to avoid crashes, but it’s quite simple.
