Hey, just installed my first PC with an Intel i5 13600K from Asus Prime Z790-A. No GPU yet, fans are running, RGB lights are on but monitor shows nothing. CPU is displaying white light and yellow light.

Replace the CPU, swap in RAM, remove a single module of RAM, and reset the CMOS settings.

Have you checked if the 24pin and 8/4 pin PSU cables were repositioned?
