So my screen is black until I press delete and then it gets me to the windows, but when I save (F10) it is all over again. I tired updating BIOS but is it same issue. There is video of what it is doing. I don't know what went wrong with my mobo. This all happened after windows update. But it's strange that it doesn't boot until I press delete or F1 20210114_102857.mp4

If that blue card is a credit card, I’d immediately download the video and re-upload it outside of the frame.

Have you checked if the motherboard displays any lights when it powers on? Also, have you attempted a CMOS reset?

I spent time clearing Cmost, updating BIOS, rebuilding the PC. When I connect the monitor, it displays a boot error, but with the monitor plugged in, it shows a VGA error. However, when I go to BIOS, all the lights disappear.

The motherboard is still covered under warranty. It's currently under warranty.

It's possible the issue lies with the CPU. I've seen discussions about degraded CPUs causing boot failures. My machine was running at 3600 RPM with a voltage of 4.25GHz and 1.36V, which might have been too high. Since I don't have another motherboard, I'm waiting to see if the problem persists.
