Swapped the CPU with an older model and upgraded the BIOS to F30. Reversed the swap and it functioned properly. If you can't locate an old USB stick or prefer not to purchase one, you can achieve this using an older Ryzen processor from the 2000 or 3000 series. It seems the first generation Zen support isn't available on 570 boards—useful advice.

Hey, I've got the same problem too. Error code 0d 14 15 07 A6 C8 appeared recently on my X470 Gigabyte Gaming 7. It's been working fine for about four years until yesterday when I removed the RAM and extra SSD to test another build. After that, everything stopped working. The error keeps looping at 0d 14 15 07 A6 C8 and stops at error 15. I've reattached all components—RAM, GPU, CPU, CMOS cleared—and tried everything, but nothing works. Seeing the suggestion from @Jojobaplant to swap the CPU to 2700X helped it boot up again. What an odd day!
