Hey there! I saw the same problem too. I was trying to install Ubuntu 22.04 on a new ThinkPad L15 with an i7-1255U processor. When I selected the USB drive with the ISO, the screen would freeze briefly before showing the boot menu again. After installing Windows 11 on that machine without any issues, I set everything up for dual boot. I first used balenaEtcher to create the USB image, but that didn’t help. Then I tried Rufus from Windows, but it still didn’t fix the issue. I even checked a BIOS setting called “OS optimized boot,” but it didn’t work either. The interesting part is that on another laptop (E15 with i5-1135G), it worked perfectly. Could you think of any possible reasons for this? Thanks for your help!
