I recently decided to return to warzone after a significant upgrade. When the game launches, the initial screen appears but fails to disappear or begin properly. Closing the app or using Task Manager doesn’t resolve the issue. Attempts to scan and repair files have been made, along with deleting DLL folders and other troubleshooting steps. I also reinstalled everything from Steam, freshened Battle.net, and downloaded Warzone 2.0 via Battle.net, yet the problem persists—requiring a restart or logging off for the HQ to close. I’m unsure what’s happening, especially since Windows was just installed a month or two ago. My system specs are: Ryzen 7 5800X3D, 64GB RAM, 3200MHz clock, 16GB GPU, 24GB storage, Corsair 4000D 2x1TB NVMe SSD, MSI 850W 80+Gold PSU, Enermax 360 AIO keyboard, Logitech G513 mouse, Logitech gpro wireless mouse, Sound Audio Technica ATH-AD500x with amp/dac, and a Windows 11 OS. I’m currently at work and will stay until at least Eastern time or three Eastern hours. I can answer any questions now that I’m home.

Use ddu to remove all your drivers completely or perform a fresh install. Also, ensure any third-party monitoring tools (such as hwinfo or MSI Afterburner) are closed, as I encountered issues with fh5 when they remained open or unresponsive.

I'll attempt it right away once I'm back. Appreciate the chance to try something new!

Did you increase your GPU's clock speed? If yes, that could be the cause. I boosted mine two days back and since then the game wouldn't start or kept freezing. Other titles ran smoothly, but Warzone appears to crash or freeze when you push the GPU too high.

Sure, I'll verify it again just to be sure everything is accurate.
