I double-verified my router's IP address with ipconfig in cmd, but when trying to connect I receive a timeout error. The address is 192.168.1.254 using Cloudflare DNS, which shouldn't interfere. Edited June 7, 2019 by Saksham

No, I didn't try resetting the router.

Have you attempted to restart the device? Occasionally such problems resolve upon a reboot.

Starting the process again. I'll give it another shot.

I tried again after restarting, but the issue persisted. It seems my browser attempted HTTP while I needed HTTPS. Fixed.
