You don't need two GPUs—just use the one you have. Clarify your objective. The virtualization setup is straightforward with libvirt, especially if you're using an AMD or Quadro GPU. Look for the PCI IDs 01:00.0 and 03:00.0 to locate the relevant ports. The kernel drivers available are pcieport and vfio-pci. Adjust your VM XML accordingly to manage these devices properly.
