Failed to complete a new Windows setup due to persistent error loop.
I rebuilt my PC after moving it to a new country. I restored the GPU, CPU, SSD, and RAM recently. Previously, I encountered a BSoD with Driver IRQL issues. I can access the BIOS but nothing else works. A USB with Windows 10 installer is present, though setting it to boot from USB still doesn’t resolve the problem. My intention was to erase the SSD and start fresh, but I’m stuck trying RAM swaps and considering a full replacement. I’m also feeling unwell, which isn’t helping my focus.
It’s brand new and doesn’t need resetting, though I tried. The same issue still occurs.
