Hey there, I recently received a G27 from eBay. Inside the box was a copy of rFactor 1 on disk. After installing it, whenever I try to launch it, nothing happens. The window loading takes about three seconds and then it just stays frozen—no activity in Task Manager either. I own Game Stock Car Extreme and know they share the same engine. It loads perfectly, so I’m hoping you can help me out. Your specs are: Windows 8 64-bit, G3258 processor at 3.8GHz, R9 280 H97M Anniversary Edition GPU, Seagate Barracuda 1TB drive.

Is there another way to get it? Did you set up the dx9 distribution?

During setup, installing DirectX 9 means adding that specific version of the software. @xAcid9
