Facing problems with partition creation or Windows installation? Let me help you troubleshoot.
Multiple efforts to resolve these problems have not succeeded. I’m still stuck booting past BIOS. The errors appear to vary frequently—sometimes I access Windows setup using a USB with Windows 10, but I can’t delete or format certain drives (Error 0x8007045d) or install Windows on them (Error 0x80300024). Recently, I also encountered a new message: “GPT header corruption” which I hadn’t noticed before. Attached.
Updated the thread title to reflect this new situation. It’s proving difficult to create partitions on either my HD or SSD. Both appear in the ASUS BIOS and can be set during boot when CSM is active. The SSD doesn’t show any initialization and lists as MBR, but I’ve reached a stage where Windows nearly finished installation before encountering another error. Anyone know what’s causing this? Could it be related to the motherboard? I also ran integrity checks on SSD/HD, RAM, and found nothing. Following the forum guide led to a Virtual Disk Service error message. Thanks for any assistance—I’m running out of options here.
