The game is set up as Harry Potter and the POA. When I attempt to start it, I encounter this message: No Label OS: Windows NT 6.2 (Build: 9200) CPU: genuineIntel PentiumPro-class processor @ 3999 MHz with 2047MB RAM Video: AMD Radeon ™ R9 390 Series (1452) LockRect failed: D3DERR_DEVICELOST History: UD3DRenderDevice::ReadPixels <- UD3DRenderDevice:Tongueresent <- UGameEngine:Big Grinraw <- UWindowsViewport::Repaint <- UWindowsClient::Tick <- ClientTick <- UGameEngine::Tick <- UpdateWorld <- MainLoop Could it relate to graphics drivers? I'm using Windows 10 64-bit. It opens fullscreen and then closes abruptly with a Windows sound.

Getting graphics from a Pentium chip is quite challenging.

It's around 6700K... You'd probably notice. The only options seemed to be 6700K or 4790K because of the clock speed. Plus, using a Pentium with a 390X doesn't make much sense.

It depends on which processor you're referring to. Some high-end CPUs can run at 4GHz with stability, though they're often labeled differently.

No, I'm not running the executable in compatibility mode.

Service Pack 3 for XP has been installed successfully. It allowed me to play for about an hour before crashing again with the same issue.

i think it's an unreal engine 2 problem. Try this maybe? seems to be the same thing http://answers.ea.com/t5/Other-EA-Games/...rue#M32355 There's also a few other solutions people have posted, so maybe you can try those that are on other pages also.

I modified the .ini file to fix the issue. I'll test it now to check for any crashes.
