I attempted to turn on secure boot, but it caused the system to loop infinitely until I removed the CMOS battery to reset the BIOS. WhyNotWin11 says everything looks good and the PC health check is up-to-date, yet the installation assistant blocks upgrading to Windows 11.

It seems there could be a problem with the current setup, possibly related to MDR or the CSM installation. The third-party tool might not accurately reflect this, so I recommend verifying those settings manually.

Use Rufus to create a flash drive, select the official ISO from Microsoft, and perform a clean installation.
