I'm really struggling here but I'm trying my best! I was blocked from my faceback page and now they're asking for an authenticator code to regain access. I don't have any codes and don't even know where to find them. I do have the Google authentication app, but it's not working. Please help me.

Contact FB customer support for assistance. You'll need to provide a copy of your ID to confirm your identity, especially since you're using your real name on the platform.

I experienced this process myself a few years ago when I turned on two-way authentication. At first, the code sent to my mobile worked, but after logging out and trying to log back in, no code reached my phone. To regain access, I had to verify my account with FB customer support.

Never again will I enable two-way authentication in FB.

However, if you used an alternate name, your situation becomes much more serious. FB doesn't have any real verification process or responsibility to confirm your identity.

Have you used these guidelines before?
An app for two-step verification on Facebook is available in the Facebook help section.
A third-party authentication app can create login codes that assist in confirming your identity during sign-up.
