I've already modified the bios and tested a DIMM previously. The same problem persists. I follow the settings, and once the computer restarts, it freezes in black until I reset it.

16GB dual-rank modules put a lot of strain on the CPU and motherboard. They should work with an LGA2066 processor or a Zen2 chipset. A few 2-DIMM LGA1151-2 boards can handle them too. If you haven’t already, consider boosting Vccsa and Vccio to around 1.25–1.35V, and increase memory speed gradually—starting at 3000MHz. Keep in mind, memory behavior can be unpredictable; check Buildzoid’s YouTube tutorials for guidance.
