I've just assembled a PC using the listed components. The setup includes a Ryzen 5 9600X, which is a placeholder for your upcoming 9800X3D. It comes with MSI x670e Gaming Plus Wi-Fi Corsair Vengeance 32GB (16x2) at 6000MHz CL30 DDR5 memory (XMP enabled, not EXPO). The system features an RTX 4070 Ti, a 2TB Samsung 990 Pro SSD, and various Corsair QX120 fans plus iCue Link AIO. I've updated the BIOS to the latest beta version and enabled memory context restore. Posting performance is slow—around 15 seconds—but shutdowns and restarts take a long time. The PC displayed shutdown warnings for at least five minutes before the screen went dark, yet fans remained active. I'm using the newest Windows 11 Pro preview build. Any suggestions on possible issues? A 2TB 970 EVO SSD in another M.2 slot is also present but seems less relevant.
