Hey! A few months ago my internet really took a hit and things got pretty bad. I can't use any telecom services like Facebook Messenger, Discord, Skype or Xbox parties because my voice keeps lagging. Discord is especially slow, usually over 250ms. Games are affected too—my ping is between 300-500 ms, making it impossible to play. My connection speed is "relatively" good, around 3-4 Mbps, which should be fine. I usually download content quickly, but 3-4 Mbps isn't that fast compared to other areas. However, this has never happened before until recently, and I used to have no issues at all. Even with different services, I'd have almost no lag. I know ping is server-side, but it seems the same everywhere, even in Australia where I'm located. It's strange since my connection was stable before. Any fixes would be really appreciated!

Would the outcomes change when connecting directly to the router? Have you experimented with another network cable or rebooted the router?

Computer isn't connected via Ethernet, it seems the device lacks an ethernet port. I've restarted the router before without success. I checked the router's IP address and received a response.
