You just assembled a PC for your friend and everything went well except for the slow boot time. When you turned it on, both the CPU and DRAM indicators lit up, but they vanished after a short while before the system started working again. Now only the DRAM remains, and it disappears within about five minutes. Your suspicion about AMD memory training seems plausible, though I'm not certain about the CPU model.
