Hi guys and gals and pals, I have been having a bit of an issue with my laptop. Its a 2020 model Zephyrus g14 with a 2060. Sometime ago it started having some issues. The first one is that it is constantly making the noise that a USB device is getting plugged in and unplugged. Upon further inspection I noticed in my device manager that that was in fact what was happening although I was doing nothing. I started disabling the devices one by one to see which one was the problem and it turned out to be the fingerprint scanner??? I now have it disabled and it no longer does the weird connect disconnect, however before it was working just fine when I needed it to so I don't get why it was constantly connecting and disconnecting. (I dropped the laptop twice from a low heigh with seemingly no issue to it), Now comes the 2nd much bigger issue. My boot and bios are completely dogdung. My boot takes literal minutes and my bios takes between 15seconds and 4 minutes to switch to a different page. Before it was happening only from time to time and I never spotted a pattern. I thought that updating the bios would fix the issue so I updated it to the newest version directly from the Asus website. Since then absolutely every boot has taken literally minutes with the logo lagging really really hard. After the laptop boots it working fantastically. Would appreciate any help as all I find online is "Disable start-up apps" or "Update bios", neither of which worked for me Thanks in advance, I will now restart my laptop and try to take a video of what it looks like and how long it takes XD

The boot process lasted a total of 5 minutes and 20 seconds. It started slow, appearing gradually until around 2 minutes when the logo fully emerged. For the following 3 and a half minutes, it remained steady before completing the Windows 20230812_010224 (1).mp4 file.
