logical processors would be a bit more precise; theoretical processors sound a bit silly, but if you have PBO enabled in BIOS, the 3600 will get quite hot. your temperatures are just a few degrees higher than mine using Noctua D15s for cooling, while PBO tends to make Ryzen chips run very hot. stick with stock settings—it’s much easier to manage and delivers about 99% of the performance. keeping load temperatures at stock in games should stay around 60-70°C with no noticeable impact on speed.
