You have the option to play in 16:9 format, but you'll notice the black bars. Besides that, you can trim the video, though this isn't the best choice since it cuts away parts of the experience.

It may appear poorly but depending on the game, it could work if you have a wide field of view—just capture just the central 16:9 area. This approach seems suitable for third-person titles but not ideal for first-person.
