I’ve completed the modeling of the Nordic House in roughly three hours. I was looking into UV unwrapping techniques and wondered if it’s feasible to unwrap the UVs, edit the image in Photoshop, and then import both the OBJ file and the UV map into Unity3D.

Yes, it's often simpler to generate the texture first and then apply UV mapping to the surface areas.
