The title gives a good overview. I have a PDF with an image inside, and I want to extract it in the best quality possible. I've used some free online converters, but they don’t meet the requirements. Adobe Reader also doesn’t work well since it charges a high fee for basic use. Since the picture is clear on the PDF, using the appropriate converter should help. If you need the image at a larger size, let me know and I can suggest methods to resize it without losing quality.

Adjust the display to the largest size available and capture a high-resolution image of the screen.

Capture the image, open Paint, remove the picture, then go to Google Images. Use the camera icon in the search bar for results. Profit!

The screenshot isn't suitable due to limited size and low resolution. Minor issues make some text hard to read, but it’s sufficient for the problem.

Share the PDF with someone having a high-resolution display and ask them to capture a full-screen image at maximum zoom. Suggest using DSR for enhanced viewing quality.
