I’m still trying to solve this problem. Contacting ASUS didn’t yield any solutions except returning the old motherboard for replacement. I opted to buy a new board to check if the issue was related to a failed USB, but it’s now happening on my new board as well. I’m guessing the Corsair RGB I have might be the culprit, since other builds with more RGB work fine. Could I try connecting my headset and mouse to a USB dongle to limit resource usage? Also, when I finish gaming, I plug both devices into power—do they interfere during startup? Here’s my setup:

Old Board: Asus B550-F
New Board: Asus X570-E RTX 3080 Ryzen 7 3700x
Corsair RM850x 4 strips, iCue Lighting, 64GB, Vengeance PRO RGB H100i, Elite LCD
Corsair LL 120 fans, ML Elite 120 fans (AIO), M65 mouse, K95 keyboard
Windows 11
