I capture my gameplay using Shadowplay with a resolution of 1440p and 60 frames per second, yet I'm having trouble exporting it through Premiere.

You need to confirm which Premiere version you're using and see your export screen.

Your current bitrate might not be sufficient for that type of export.

It seems like you're suggesting that 164 might be sufficient. Would you like to discuss this further?

In this interface you can adjust the level to 5.2. I don’t need to verify settings in my Premiere version; I know you’re using CC 2015 with version 9.0.0. The error mentions that the selected profile and levels don’t match your desired frame rate and resolution. Your screen shows a High profile at 5.1, while in your setup 2560x1440@60fps works smoothly even at low bit rates. It seems the limitation here is specific to your Premiere Pro version. According to the H.264/MPEG-4 AVC documentation, a Level 5.1 should support 1440p60 without issues.
