I’m contacting all 7,800 owners of the 3D CPU who are using Asus boards. Recent reports mention explosions and major issues with these processors. A BIOS update is being rolled out to resolve the problems, and many users have started applying it. I’d like to hear if you’ve successfully used EXPO after updating your BIOS without further complications. While the update aims to fix CPU concerns, I’m curious about its effect on running EXPO.
Some users have found the process manageable while others encountered unexpected challenges. Most who faced problems didn't previously struggle with the SOC voltage, but issues often relate to the 60x memory ratio. A few reported success at 58x and 62x, yet failed to boot when using 60x. It seems the newest BIOS may not support memory overclocking properly, possibly due to a broken training protocol on AMD boards—something that isn't rare.
You probably shouldn't try anything yet—just remember you may have to wait for a more recent BIOS update before it functions properly again.
