Do you know how to link an Epson FX-1050 printer to the network using its parallel port? What equipment do you need to set it up and make it accessible to others? Are there other options you could suggest? Thank you.

There are similar printer server connections available on E-bay. Most users find them outdated.

Looking for "parallel port network print server" on Amazon I discovered two options. One I used years ago with an HP LasetJet from the early 90s functioned perfectly. It requires its own power supply which comes with a replacement unit.

There are countless used parallel print servers available on eBay, so I wouldn't purchase new ones.
