I'm going to glance past how ridiculous this sounds for a moment and ask what you plan to use this PC for, firstly. How much research have you done into this prior to making this post? You're fully aware of what that type of chip is useful for and what its strengths and massive weaknesses are and how terrible of a desktop PC CPU it would make? That's a hyper optimized chip for very specific workloads that aren't even close to what a desktop is used for. What OS are you planning to run?
