You can set it on any level "On/Half/Off" and it continues to work.

I searched online and found some solutions you might consider... If those don’t help, go back to your original settings. Pre-Rendered Frames & Core-UNParking has helped many users, but the best adjustments depend on your hardware. Look up possible tweaks and keep track of what works for a smoother gaming experience.

I don’t know much about AMD anymore, but I remember working with the NVida control panel and using Force vsync on my PC instead of in-game, since my FPS kept jumping around.

It seems like you're experiencing some lag or stuttering. I understand you mentioned needing "adaptive v sync" on your device.
