The game is just stupidly renamed. The game is free-to-play/buy-to-play, but you can buy a subscription to get access to all DLC's and get some in-game-store currency every month. EDIT: To elaborate more, this is how it works. You can buy their DLC's separately without having a subscription and you will always have access to that content. However, if you do the subscription instead to get access to the paid content and decide you want to cancel the subscription, you will no longer have access to the extra content, only the base game.
I spent about four hours playing it, though the story isn’t very strong. Still, I wouldn’t be surprised, since it’s an MMO. The only one I’m aware of with a top-tier narrative is S.T.A.R. Online. Skyrim will always stay in my mind, and I hope for a remake.
