Looking for ways to enhance your Windows 10 setup? You can fix issues like apps not launching on a secondary screen by adjusting display settings or using system tools.

I face the same issue too—apps often refuse to move from your primary screen to a secondary one, and my mouse resists transferring between monitors unless I force it.

Absolutely, if the resolutions differ it becomes unreliable.

You're working with a high-resolution setup of 2160p and 1280x1024.

DisplayFusion could be useful. I haven’t encountered these problems before, yet I’ve been using it with Windows 10 from the start.

Windows adjusts the alignment of monitors according to resolution, aligning them pixel by pixel and removing the edges at the top and bottom. This process feels like forcing the mouse into place and moving through a limited area. It’s something I also dislike.

I adjusted it so the action is at the bottom, though sometimes with the mouse near the bottom it didn’t work unless I moved it.

Consider testing DisplayFusion, perhaps we can try it too.
