hi, just bought this great rts game and it crashes on startup. im running windows 10 and a nvidia gtx 970. I tried patching the game to v1.3 still no cigar. (an fear of malware or virus from the provided source) anyone else encounted this issue?

Verify if DirectX 9 and other redistributables are installed. I experienced a comparable problem with this game a few years back. Please confirm if that was the case.
