I'm experiencing an unusual issue with USB device drivers. Most peripheral drivers are missing except for external drives. My mouse and keyboard stop working, along with Blackmagic dongles, calibration tools, etc. The keyboard and mouse operate fine in BIOS. I can connect remotely and use Synergy on a nearby machine for control. I hear devices being connected and recognized by Windows, but nothing happens. I've tried troubleshooting steps: updated AMD chip-set, older versions, Windows Troubleshooter for hardware, device manager uninstallation (restart-unplug), etc. My system runs Windows 10 64-bit Asrock Taichi x399 with 1950x OC to BIOS 128GB Crucial Sport DDR4 2400 nvme raid 0 boot/programs, Raid 0 media drive, Internal Backup drive, Documents Drive, Asset Drive, SSD. I need advice or further guidance.
