This problem began roughly two to three weeks back. It's something I've never seen before, though a colleague might know. When it first occurred, I rebooted my computer, and it did too. However, no update appeared. My LED indicator would count down from sixty to forty-five. Once it reached forty-five and stayed there for about ten seconds, the system would power off. After turning it off, I pressed the power button, and it restarted. I powered it down again. Then I began removing parts one by one. The same issue persisted. Feeling frustrated, I unplugged all unnecessary components. Still nothing changed. Eventually, I started testing each part. I removed two RAM modules from slot four and installed the other one. It worked. I restarted once more to confirm it wasn't a coincidence. Now I'm unsure what's happening—whether the slot is faulty, if the CPU or memory is bad, or if the RAM stick failed. I've tried everything, but nothing resolves the problem. I've also noticed that after installing both sticks, Windows recognizes them correctly. Still, when I booted with both installed before, it worked. Now I'm trying to figure out if slot four is dead, if the CPU or memory is faulty, or if one of the RAM sticks is broken. Each time I try to install a stick, it boots without issues. This has been functioning smoothly for two years. Recently, the issue started unexpectedly. I attempted to flash the BIOS, but the process failed—my screen disappeared. I have the BIOS Flashback option, though I'm unsure if it helps. My system details are as follows:

Verify the CMOS power level using a multimeter or battery checker. Update the BIOS with the newest version. Assess RAM health via Memtest86+ or Passmark Memtest86.
I changed the CMOS battery, as I don't have a multimeter. Problem still happens. Pain in the ass to change the battery, as I have to take the motherboard out because there's a heatsink covering half of the battery. But while I was installing my motherboard back in my case, I noticed I had a Dual Bios switch. I figured, lets try it. My debug gave me a 02 error. Stayed like that for about 5 mins, til I powered down the system. Switched back to the Bios 1. Posted but now I have a Windows Boot error. This is a new one. I press F9 and it gives me 2 options. I click on Volume 4 and it boots into Windows.
During the BIOS flash, were you also confirmed the second BIOS was updated? I’m not sure how MSI handles this—Gigabyte offers a tool for it. It could be Msi Live Update or something similar. If Windows reports a missing device, it might mean the BIOS settings changed (such as TPM moving from firmware to hardware) or the OS is corrupted; using sfc /scannow could help.
The BIOS wasn't updated at all. Each time I leave the BIOS menu, it fails to load the M-Flash and freezes. Even without making any changes, simply exiting causes it to hang. When I run the countdown on the debug screen from 60 to 45 and then shut down, everything works fine. I haven't used the BIOS Flash Back feature with a USB or the physical button, but others say it's unreliable. I also ran OCCT and Memtest Windows Version on my RAM, and no issues were found. I switched RAM configurations multiple times without any problems.
I successfully updated the BIOS through the BIOS menu. However, the issue persists. I suspect the problem might lie with the DP port on my GPU, the DP cable, or the monitor. I tried connecting my PC to a TV and everything functioned correctly. During debugging, my CPU temperature was being counted down, possibly causing it to crash on the recovery screen. It seemed to activate when I removed the RAM stick. When using HDMI to connect via my PC to the TV, I shut down, restarted, and managed BIOS changes without issues. So far, during Windows installation, a post appeared each time the PC restarts.
