I tried a different app called HWMonitor while playing Cyberpunk. My GPU reached 100% usage, whereas my CPU stayed near 80-90%. The GPU temperature was around 60°C, and the CPU around 55°C.

Have you attempted resetting the BIOS to default settings as well as adjusting your RAM profile (JEDEC)?
