Hey, so lately I've been really researching stuff on stuttering while gaming, and have just been trying to determine if there's a core reason for this on my end.
So to start off, this stutter lag I receive during gaming doesn't occur on every game that I play. Two of which is a new game that just released called Cooking Simulator, and another one is Fortnite.
I question both of these games, as for Fortnite at least I know there's been a lot of controversy as far as game optimization goes, and stuttering lag for other players I know has been existent as well.
With all that being said, the stutter lag I receive is essentially a mass drop in FPS for short periods of time. For example, I can usually get quite a lot of FPS on Fortnite, I cap it at 180 FPS, but when this stutter occurs that will drop to 30 FPS and maybe less. Very annoying. The issue I receive in Cooking Simulator is similar, although I do question if there's optimization issues with the game as it just came out, and nothing is really a red flag at this time, as far as the Task Manager giving me any information to spot out. (100% memory, 100% CPU, so fourth.)
It's also worth mentioning I just ran a userbenchmark test, and supposedly it gave me a bad report on my RAM, which only was like 40% or so, and said it was running way under expectations. Not sure if this comes into play at all.
I'll attach a Speccy file containing the information on my system. Thanks!

Your document indicates that the most recent update to your Nvidia graphics drivers was in March 2018... I would consider updating them on Nvidia's website.

I understand. I'll take care of it, thank you!

I tried the installer and other troubleshooting steps, but it still didn't resolve the problem.
Maybe there are other factors at play here?
It seems like few users face this issue in Cooking Simulator, though I'm not certain.
