The issue is clear: my PC displays a blue screen every week without warning. Recently, while streaming on Twitch, I noticed the same pattern in the error logs. The reports consistently point to the same problem and error codes. I suspect the October update might be the culprit. Before that, everything worked perfectly. Would it be possible to revert this update (I installed it about two months ago)? I really prefer resolving this since I deeply enjoy using the dark file explorer.

System details: Dell Precision m4800, Intel Core i7-4810MQ, 16GB DDR3 RAM, Quadro 1100M, Samsung Evo860, 250GB OS storage + original HDD.

Hidden within the Windows 10 system are the crash dump files from the BSOD. Sharing these files allows me to analyze them and pinpoint the exact problem.

Search for a .dmp file. It commonly appears in %SystemRoot%\Memory.dmp

I activated the automatic dump feature, but Windows didn’t generate any dumps. The expected locations are missing. Automatic Restart was enabled, which might explain why no dumps appeared. However, the blue screen isn’t triggering consistently—it seems random. I captured the right error now.

It occurred once more. This time it generated a memory dump file. Where should I upload it? Keep in mind it exceeds 1GB. Additionally, I've observed some unusual behavior lately. My PC is linked to a docking station, and occasionally it disconnects unexpectedly. Once it reconnects, my mouse and other peripherals stop functioning for a couple of seconds. Another issue is that right-clicking often takes 3-5 seconds to show the context menu. This is strange since my system runs smoothly in other tasks. Idle CPU usage is around 1-2%, RAM is approximately 80% free, and the SSD usage remains at zero. In the worst case, I might have to reinstall the operating system, which isn't the best solution.

The file name is not specified, but it is located in the current directory. It is a dump file containing plain text.

'MEMORY.DMP' is found in C:\Windows Edit, it's 1.27 GB. I also captured an image of the blue screen message.

Set up WhoCrashed and BlueScreenView, then review their findings. They could indicate a USB driver problem.

From WhoCrashed you received additional details. Connecting your phone via USB rarely works; it appears in Explorer only briefly or not at all. Your external USB audio interface (Behringer UMC22) also causes audio issues daily, though they began before you connected the device.
