Your USB ports are functioning well with your mouse or headset, but the hub keeps disconnecting and reconnecting. You've tried disabling power management features and checking advanced settings, but no power plan option appears. It might help to reinstall the driver for the hub or check for software updates. If that doesn't resolve it, consider restarting your laptop or consulting the manufacturer's support for further assistance.

When I did similar tasks, I updated the drivers. It usually involves checking the device manager, locating the USB hub name, adjusting properties, and then reinstalling the driver after restarting the system. Let me know what happened!

Check the list of installed drivers and look for the hub-related one. If it's present, keep it; if not, uninstall all.

I managed to figure it out and just needed to connect it to start the installation. I know I’m not very clever about this, but it worked! Thanks a lot!
