Hello, this is my initial post on the forum. Please allow me to clarify any missing details or avoid breaking rules. I’m using an Asus Rog Strix G513QY laptop with an AMD Advantage processor. Here are the specifications: AMD Ryzen 9 5980HX, 32GB RAM kit (2x16GB), DDR4 3200MHz CL22, AMD Radeon RX 6800M, 2TB Samsung SSD (512GB), and Windows 11 Home 64-bit. BIO version is 316.

I’m experiencing a problem where the laptop freezes when unplugged. This causes it to hard reset, as the freezing persists intermittently—sometimes early in boot, other times later. The system becomes increasingly unresponsive. I can press certain buttons (like the exit button on a window), but nothing responds and the screen remains unresponsive to keyboard or mouse input. Blue screens are rare, possibly linked to a previous hard reset before they appeared.

I’ve attached two minidumps from the BSOD. The laptop functions normally when plugged in and handles games well. It also runs smoothly without freezing when unplugged, though I’ve done this a few times. Ubuntu doesn’t seem affected; it boots fine on both drives.

My troubleshooting steps include:
- Upgrading BIOS to version 316.
- Downgrading from the latest BIOS to 316.
- Reinstalling drivers from Asus websites.
- Uninstalling and reinstalling Armory Crate Clean, then Windows 11.
- Searching forums (Reddit, etc.) for similar issues, but no matches found.

Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
