Since the latest update, both Windows and Nvidia have affected my gaming experience. With my Nvidia GTX 1050 4GB and 8GB RAM, I noticed sudden frame drops in FIFA 20—from 60 to 12 frames repeatedly. In the Task Manager, idle memory usage was around 40-45%, which seems unusual. I've tested other games and still face the same problem. I’m confident it’s not GPU throttling, as I’ve lowered both CPU and GPU voltages.
