Despite using x264, I still face problems. NVENC provided some relief, though I keep encountering rubberbanding.

Ook, this refers to network delay. It's usually a phrase people use instead of talking about system resource delays.

I thought it was my internet connection, but it's actually running at 450mbps. Is that sufficient? Also, I'm unsure if I used the correct term—it feels more like a stutter than a rubber band.

Bandwidth isn't the main factor, it's latency that matters most. This metric isn't great, so what's your actual ping like while you're using it?
